Returning Goods if You Change Your Mind

If you wish to return goods for this reason, you must inform Us within 14 calendar days of purchase. You may inform Us in any way you wish (including by email, post, or telephone). Please state that you want to return the goods, providing your name, address, details of your Order and, where possible, your email address and telephone number. Our contact details are provided on our Contact Us page.

Goods must be returned  to Us no more than 14 calendar days after the day on which you informed Us that you wish to return. When returning goods, they must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). Please repackage the goods securely in their original packaging and include the reason for the return, name, address, details of your Order, email address and telephone number. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your goods arrive damaged, incorrect, not as described, or develops a fault, please contact Us within 30 days from the day that you recieved the goods, and We will offer you a replacement, or a full refund. To return Goods to Us, please post them to Us, or arrange for their collection. Our contact details and returns address are provided on our Contact Us page. We will cover the costs of postage or collection.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of the day on which We receive the returned Goods. All refunds due to you will be made using the same method used by you when paying for the Goods (unless you request an alternative). We do not reimburse any delivery charges unless the goods are Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect.
